  • ▹Transitioned to Go for microservice-based backend development alongside Node.js, working extensively with relational databases - SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
  • ▹Simultaneously contributed to 2 projects across all 4 departments (frontend + backend for both), handling feature development, bug fixes, and architecture decisions.
  • ▹Built an in-house call recording application that uploads audio recordings to AWS S3 and persists metadata along with the S3 URL in the database.
  • ▹Developed an in-house call analyser using open-source AI models - Faster-Whisper for transcription and Ollama for analysing call recordings in Python.
  • ▹Delivered significant UI enhancements on both projects, improving overall UX and visual consistency.
